Excelente trato de los empleados, ya eso habla bastante de la calidad del Hotel, el unico detalle a mi parecer en el restaurant deben agilizar un poco la entrega de pedidos, de resto todo muy bien .

Buen hotel, estuvimos 3 días, pero el wifi es lento e intermitente, las puertas de vidrio que dan al balcón no tienen seguro y es peligroso para los niños. Los baños solo tienen media puerta de vidrio, es incómodo bañarse, porque se moja el piso. Tienen planta eléctrica, pero no para alimentar los aires acondicionados. La poceta tenía un pase de agua y la puerta del baño rechina bastante, estaba que compraba aceite 3 en 1 y arreglaba yo todo, porque molesta para dormir. Por lo demás, bien, la atención es buena, a mí hija se le quedó un juguete, lo encontraron y me lo enviaron con un familiar. Tiene sus detalles, pero lo recomiendo.
Como se dice en Venezuela si te gusta lo bueno y de calidad, aqui es el lugar, un hotel tranquilo con todas las comodidades, excelente atención digna del carisma de los merideños, habitaciones amplias y confortables, baños en excelente estado, amplios, actualizados y limpios. Todo con un ambiente muy acogedor.
